Returns Policy

At Rosedale Toronto, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, should you wish to return a product, we have outlined our returns policy clearly below.

Conditions for Returns

• Items may only be registered for return after you have physically received them.
• Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense, including any international shipping costs.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
• Trying on items is permitted, however wearing them is not.
• Returning products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Returns Process

1. Register your return via info@rosedaletoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).
3. You are responsible for returning the item entirely at your own cost, including any customs or shipping charges.
4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace.

Refunds Upon receipt of the item at the return address and approval of the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost parcels where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
• Should an incorrect address have been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
• Any errors in the delivery address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
